On August 24, 2017, Atalanta BC and RadiciGroup, a multinational corporation based in Bergamo, Italy, officially announced their first sponsorship agreement. The partnership, signed at the prestigious Grimaldi Forum in Monaco, initially covered one season, featuring the RadiciGroup logo on Atalanta’s jerseys for the UEFA Europa League and Coppa Italia matches.

Following the team’s strong performance in the 2017/18 UEFA Europa League, including a playoff appearance against Borussia Dortmund, the collaboration gained further momentum. With Germany being one of RadiciGroup’s key markets, the brand benefited from increased visibility in the region. The relationship between football and business strategy became even more evident when RadiciGroup employees from its German division attended the match in Dortmund to support Atalanta.
Due to the success of the first year, the partnership was renewed in June 2018 and expanded to include Serie A matches, making RadiciGroup the club’s primary front-of-shirt sponsor across all domestic competitions.

In April 2019, the contract was extended once again, solidifying RadiciGroup’s role as one of Atalanta’s key sponsors. The company’s branding remained on the front of the club’s kits for Serie A, Coppa Italia, and the UEFA Champions League after Atalanta’s historic qualification to Europe’s premier club competition.

In March 2020, amid the COVID-19 pandemic, RadiciGroup and Atalanta played an active role in supporting the Bergamo community. They collaborated to fund essential medical equipment for local hospitals and assisted in setting up a field hospital for patients. Later that year, both organizations contributed to an initiative to support local students by providing educational materials and protective masks.
On August 19, 2020, RadiciGroup extended its agreement with Atalanta for another three years, but with some changes:

Atalanta’s triumph in the 2023/24 UEFA Europa League, securing their first major international trophy, further reinforced the brand’s association with the club’s success.
On July 23, 2024, RadiciGroup and Atalanta BC announced the renewal of their partnership for the 2024/25 season. Under the new contract:
