Arsenal forms strategic alliance with Sobha Realty
On September 15, 2023, Arsenal officially announced a comprehensive global partnership with Sobha Realty, a leading luxury real estate developer based in Dubai. The collaboration was inaugurated with a ceremony at the Sobha Hartland Events Hall in Dubai, marking a significant commitment between the two entities.
Under this multifaceted agreement, Sobha Realty has been designated as Arsenal’s Official Global Real Estate Partner. This partnership extends to both the men’s and women’s teams at Arsenal, ensuring Sobha Realty’s visibility at all domestic games held at Emirates Stadium.
The alliance will also focus on developing the sports industry within Dubai and internationally. Arsenal and Sobha Realty are set to host various football-related events, including youth clinics, tournaments, and educational seminars, aimed at fostering talent and increasing sports engagement.
Exclusive hospitality and naming rights
A significant aspect of the partnership is Sobha Realty acquiring naming rights to The WM Club, a premier hospitality suite at Emirates Stadium, which was rebranded as ‘The WM Club, Presented by Sobha Realty.
Establishing a long-term vision
By February 2024, the partnership evolved with Sobha Realty becoming the first-ever naming rights partner for Arsenal’s training ground, henceforth known as the Sobha Realty Training Centre. This extended agreement also positions Sobha Realty as a Principal Partner and the official training kit sleeve sponsor for both Arsenal’s men’s and women’s squads.
