Cardiff, September 2025 – Brecon Carreg, Wales’ leading natural mineral water brand, has signed a new three-year partnership with the Football Association of Wales (FAW), becoming the Official Water of the Cymru National Teams.
Under the agreement, Brecon Carreg will supply its natural mineral water to all FAW teams and staff, ensuring players remain hydrated during training camps, matches, and international competitions. The brand will also enjoy exclusive visibility across matchdays, training sessions, and FAW digital channels, connecting directly with Wales’ passionate football supporters.
Eleri Morgan, Brand Manager at Brecon Carreg, commented:
“As a proudly Welsh company, we are thrilled to partner with the FAW and the Cymru national teams. Hydration is essential for performance at every level, and this collaboration allows us to champion both healthy lifestyles and Welsh pride. Together, we want to inspire communities across Wales to stay active and hydrated.”
Sharon Tuff, FAW Chief Commercial and Engagement Officer, added:
“We are proud to welcome Brecon Carreg as our Official Water Partner. This partnership goes beyond supplying water – it strengthens the connection between Welsh football, local businesses, and communities across the country. We look forward to working together to deliver meaningful initiatives that promote health and wellbeing.”
In addition to supporting the Cymru men’s and women’s teams, Brecon Carreg will also be integrated into FAW grassroots programmes, community projects, hospitality areas, and national events. This initiative builds on the company’s long-standing commitment to sport and community health in Wales, now amplified on a national stage as the country prepares for the 2026 FIFA World Cup journey.
Founded in 1978, Brecon Carreg sources its natural mineral water from the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park. Recognised as Wales’ number one bottled water brand, Brecon Carreg is trusted by households and businesses nationwide. The company is committed to sustainability, responsible sourcing, and supporting community wellbeing across Wales.
