London, August 2025 – The Football Association (FA) has confirmed a new landmark partnership with EA SPORTS, naming the gaming giant as the official football video game partner of both the England men’s and women’s national teams. The deal expands on a relationship that has already spanned more than a decade, cementing EA SPORTS’ role in showcasing English football on a global stage.
Under Thomas Tuchel, the England men’s team are pushing to secure qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup in the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Meanwhile, Sarina Wiegman’s Lionesses, fresh from their UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 triumph, are preparing for the qualifying campaign for the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup in Brazil. This new agreement aligns perfectly with both teams’ ambitions at a defining moment in English football.
EA SPORTS FC has become the most comprehensive football gaming platform worldwide, featuring 20,000+ athletes, 750+ clubs, 120+ stadiums, and over 35 leagues in collaboration with more than 300 global partners. England’s national teams, players, managers, and Wembley Stadium will continue to feature prominently in the game, including the highly anticipated release of EA SPORTS FC 26 on 26 September 2025.
Additionally, all England crests, kits, and official FA competitions – including the FA Cup and Women’s FA Cup – will be fully integrated, giving fans an authentic digital football experience.
