Barcelona, September 2025 – FC Barcelona has announced a landmark sponsorship with Midea, the world’s leading smart home appliance brand, which will become a Main Partner and Official Home Appliances Partner of the club starting from the 2026/27 season. The agreement will run for five years, through the end of the 2030/31 campaign.
From 1 July 2026, the Midea logo will appear on the left sleeve of the FC Barcelona first-team jersey, both on matchdays and during training sessions. This marks a significant expansion of the brand’s visibility in global football, reinforcing Midea’s commitment to combining innovation, technology, and international brand building. The deal was formally signed at the club’s offices on September 2, 2025, by Barça first vice-president Rafael Yuste and Lewis Fu, president of Midea International Business.
Founded in 1968, Midea Group has grown into a global technology giant employing more than 190,000 people worldwide. The company generated $57.5 billion in revenue in 2024 and secured the 246th position in the 2025 Fortune Global 500. Beyond home appliances, its business divisions include Industrial Technology, Building Technology, Robotics and Automation, Medical Systems, and Smart Logistics. Midea’s continued growth is rooted in innovation, sustainability, and smart home integration, making it a natural fit for Barcelona’s global platform.
