The partnership was formally presented with the release of the new home kit, which prominently features the LBBW logo on the club’s iconic red chest band.

LBBW Begins Three-Year Commitment as Main and Youth Sponsor

The collaboration, announced earlier this year, becomes active from July 1, 2025, and runs initially for three seasons, covering both the first team and youth development programs. This marks LBBW’s largest-ever sponsorship deal, aligning with the bank’s broader strategy to grow brand relevance and visibility across Germany and internationally.

LBBW aims to deepen its roots within the Baden-Württemberg region while enhancing its national profile through the VfB partnership, using football as a platform for community engagement and brand storytelling.

Symbolic Launch with a Jersey Rooted in Local Identity

The official kit launch took place following VfB’s appearance in the DFB Cup final, where the new sponsor logo appeared on the jersey for the first time. The 2025/26 home shirt features a subtle embossed pattern inspired by Stuttgart’s historic ‘Stäffele’ staircases, underlining the deep cultural and geographical ties between the club and the city.
