London, September 2025 – West Ham United has announced the next phase of its US regional partnership, with Weedon Ranch taking over from Essex Mortgage as the lead partner for the 2025/26 season. The transition strengthens the club’s commitment to expanding its presence in the United States and engaging with its growing fan base of over three million supporters across the country.
Weedon Ranch, a charitable initiative backed by Essex Mortgage, first appeared on the back of the Hammers’ shirts during the club’s 2025 US pre-season tour. Moving forward, the brand will feature across West Ham’s US digital channels and in-game LED boards, aiming to increase awareness and expand its community impact across the States.
Located in the mountains above Park City, Utah, Weedon Ranch has already raised more than $1 million for charitable causes, with an ambitious goal of reaching $6 million by the end of 2025. The venue has quickly established itself as one of Utah’s most significant fundraising hubs, hosting events that combine community engagement with sport-driven philanthropy.
A major beneficiary of Weedon Ranch’s fundraising is The Foundry – West Ham United’s newly redeveloped charitable Foundation in Beckton. The facility now supports over 50,000 people annually across 35 different programmes. The redevelopment has created a long-term community hub that connects West Ham’s social initiatives in both the UK and overseas.
One of the most notable fundraising events is the Winter Weekender, hosted at Weedon Ranch each February. The inaugural edition earlier this year brought together 150 West Ham fans from across the US, who watched the Hammers defeat Arsenal 1-0 in a memorable gathering. The 2026 edition is scheduled for 6–7 February and promises to be one of the largest West Ham watch parties outside London.
Looking ahead, Weedon Ranch aims to host 100 fundraising and community events annually, underlining its dual role as a venue with purpose and personality. This ambition reflects West Ham United’s own strategy of growth, community impact, and international expansion – symbolised by the club’s multi-million-pound redevelopment project in Beckton. Together, the club and Weedon Ranch are shaping a progressive transatlantic partnership built on shared values of sport, community, and lasting legacy.
