January 9, 2025 — Atlético de Madrid has announced a new multi-year partnership with Red Bull, naming the iconic Austrian energy drink brand as the official energy drink sponsor of the club until June 2027. This marks Red Bull’s first-ever sponsorship collaboration with a football club in Spain, further expanding the company’s presence in global football.
The agreement brings together two internationally recognized brands known for high performance, energy, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. For Red Bull, which has long supported individual athletes and extreme sports, this partnership signifies a strategic entry into the team sports space in Spain.
Atlético de Madrid and Red Bull share a mutual ethos rooted in determination, adrenaline, and the ability to push beyond limits—making this alliance a natural fit.
As part of the sponsorship, Red Bull will activate several marketing initiatives throughout the 2024/25 and 2025/26 seasons. Fans attending matches at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano Stadium can expect to enjoy Red Bull products at various concessions and fan zones. The brand will also play an active role in enhancing the matchday atmosphere with unique experiences, challenges, and digital fan engagement campaigns.
